Research has proved that learning begins in the early stages of infancy. Taking this into consideration Kangaroo Kids provides an infant program, which offers scope for all round growth, mental and visual stimulation and develops a sound base for life-long learning.
The program addresses all three modalities of learning namely, audio, visual and kinaesthetic and provides an ideal transition from the toddlers program to the pre-school program. It aids in developing listening skills, sequencing, language and motor co-ordination.
The nursery program focuses on developing and nurturing a child’s inherent skills. The emphasis is on social skills and interactive play to build a strong foundation for combating future challenges. Kangaroo Kids ensures a warm and supportive environment crucial to the development of each child. Practical learning forms an essential ingredient of our curriculum and the same is imparted through our field trips and special days, which help children, assimilate concepts in an easier manner.
The foundation year curriculum stresses on ‘hands on’ learning experiences. This entails the creation of educational materials that the children can manipulate and interact with whenever possible. The knowledge the children acquire will be reinforced in a stimulating and supportive environment. This will secure their social skills, which will be used to develop their self-confidence, curiosity and passion for learning.
